SSS and Sunday. End of week 1!

SSS...

I got up at 7.30am to do the Super Saturday Sesh. I did it three times and it took me 1 hour and 20 minutes. I think next week I'll hopefully get that down to three times in just 1 hour. It was kind of hard, but it was good, and the main thing is that I did it! So proud, as usually I wouldv'e given up by now. But that's the past me.

The fritata for brekfast was lovely and I was hanging out for it by the time I'd done my workout and had a shower. I had blueberries and some sakata crackers for snack and then my pumpkin soup for lunh and dinner. I had to eat it cold for lunch coz I was at the footy, but it was still nice. We didn't get home from footy til 8.30 that night, so I had to wait til then to eat my soup, and I was starving! But I didn't stray. I added some water to my pumpkin soup to fill it out a bit and then it was quite good. I found after that I could not keep my eyes open! I was just so exhausted! I guess the whole week of early mornings had caught up with me and I just had to crash out. Apparently I fell asleep in 5 minutes, which never happens, as it usually takes me about an hour or so.

SUNDAY...

Egg and bacon!! Yum! Was looking forward to this breakfast. The stew for lunch was amazing also. I contemplated going for a run even though it was rest day, but thought I wouldn't as then I may get sick of all the exercise. I just went for a walk and helped out on the farm a little and then did some housework. All incidental exercise right :)

I liked the chicken 'parmiagana' for dinner. It was nice. Before I got to have that though I went and did my shop for week 2. This time it only cost $120, just for me. I say only, because last week it cost $190 just for me, so it has gone down. This time I didn't buy any fresh herbs, only dried ones, and no mint as you can't buy that dry, so I'll just go without that. I bought frozzen fish fillets and frozen brocholi also to save on waste. I did not buy the dried apricots, as we only need 2 and I could only buy a big pack. Bring on Week 2!! :)
