Week 4 Weigh In Wednesday!

So it's Wednesday again and time to hop on the scales. I was kinda dreading it as I only lost 800 grams last week and thought if my loss was minimal like that again I would be quite discouraged, but thankfully I lost 1.2 kilos this week! This is fantastic as it brings my total weightloss in 3 weeks and 2 days to 6 KILOS! How can I not be happy with that! I have also noticed some tone on my arms, which I never dreamed could happen, so that also makes me pleased.

I saw several centremetres lost from most of my bits, with my thighs having lost the most (woohoo!). My chest lost the least but I hope that will come in time.

Still feeling quite good about the whole thing and trying to keep up the positive thinking. It really is a great help having mini milestones and weigh in wednesdays to keep me on track. I don't want to muck up incase it ruins my next weigh in which is great motivation.

I gave in and bought the Lindt 85% dark chocolate as sometimes we are allowed to have 2 squares as desert. I wasn't going to coz I thought I would eat the whole thing, but after trying it there is no way that would happen! It is really quite strong and disgusting! I could barely get through the two pieces but I trudged on and finished them (health benefits ya know).

The fitness test proved to be a positive experience. I have improved in all aspects, though I did take 13 seconds longer to do the 1km run, but I had no recovery time or chest burn this time (remember I have angina), so I was happy with that!

Also at work this week two of my workmates commented that I look like I've lost weight. I'm like thank god, I was waiting all last week for someone to say something! They thought it might sound rude, but I'm like  hell no I wanted to hear it!

Yesterday when I got up there was a beautiful sunrise I got to workout under. I really do quite enjoy getting up at 6am these days. Not so much when it's 3 degrees, but now the weather is warming up it's great.

Mixed berries with 1 cup low fat natural yoghurt.

Ricotta and cherry tomatoes on toast with cracked pepper and basil.
