I look forward to the food which is always delish and I even look forward to the exercise! Anyone that knows me, would be like what the...? coz I am not usually one for exercise. Like ever.
I cannot believe the transformation I can already see in myself. And I don't just mean physically. I feel better about my self now, I have more energy, I'm happier and I am really getting into this fitness thing! I'm going to go looking for a nice pair of runners tonight. They'll have to go on lay-by for now, but it will be awesome when I can pick them up!

I'm also thinking about getting a heart rate monitor. I never thought I'd want one, but it would be interesting to see how many calories I'm actually burning each session. I was thinking either one of these two, also from Rebel Sport, or a Polar one, but I really know nothing about them, so will have to do some more research....
My mindset has just changed so much! Now I want to get all the proper gear and give it my all. This is who I am now!
Very glad the exercise program has changed for next week. Want my body to keep on guessing and to have to work hard. By the look of things, it will! Skipping will be fun though. I actually bought a skipping rope last week from KMart for $3, not knowing we'd even need one. Lucky coincidence.
Loved last nights dinner, how good was it! So many good ideas in the menu that I would never think of myself. Crumbed fish with sweet potato wedges sprinkled with paprika.
Also loving various herbal teas at the moment. I've gone from a 2-3 a day coffee drinker to a herbal tea drinker! Forest fruits is probably my fave. I occasionally have one coffee if I really need it, but only once per day and without milk or sugar.
