Week 2!

Week 2 allready! That past week went fast now that I think about it. I am looking forward to the Wednesday weigh in. That may be a weird thing to say, but I just want to know that all my hard work is paying off. I really hope it is.

My fitness levels seem to have improved anyway. This morning I ran the 20 minutes without stopping once! I was surprised myself. I usually find the 20 minutes drags, but today I listened to Michelle's Podcasts, and the time seemed to go quicker. My chest hurt less then usual also.

I was looking forward to the banana bruschetta and it was quite nice. I love how this is the first 'diet' I have ever been on where I can eat bread! Amazing. I bought Burgen bread to aid weightloss this week. It is a dark wholemeal and tastes nice, so I'll see how that goes.
I prepared my wrap for lunch today last night. I am prepared for it being a bit soggy, but I didn't want to run out of time this morning. I think it is very important for me to always be prepared and organised. Tonight I will cook the minestrone for tonight, tomorrow and Saturdays left over lunch.

Minestrone was nice. Was surprised how little 35 grams of spaghetti was! (That's for the 3 serves). Tiny! But anyway it was quite filling. Went to my Grandma's house tonight as it was her 88th birthday, and there was cake and chocolate but I wasn't even tempted! I found out 3 of my cousins are also on this program, which is inspiring, as we can give eachother support along the way.

Actually looking forward to my workout tomorrow. Weird... How long does it take to form a habit??
