I think I am already getting fitter! Yesterday I ran the full 20 minutes without stopping at all, which I couldn't do last week. Also I did the workout in around 10 minutes less today and yesterday then I did last week. Its encouraging. I'm hoping that I can cut down the time it takes me to do the SSS this week. At least to an hour for the three reps...
I'm not having the chocolate pieces at all. I thought if I buy a block just to have 4 squares, I'll end up eating the whole lot! Not worth the risk. I actually haven't craved chocolate yet...touch wood.
The brekky this morning was yum. I'm really loving the food. Never can think of anything to make, so I'm happy all the thinking is done for me. Minestrone was delish for lunch. Love how we can have parmesan on it! Looking forward to the beef and brocholi stirfry tonight, sounds super yum. And the pear! Be good to have something sweet.
I've decided I'm going to go for a run tonight, just for 20 minutes or so. I'm going to try to do that each day when our workout doesn't include a run. I just feel like I'm not doing enough... I dunno, maybe I'm getting a little nervous about the weigh in tomorrow. I am also excited, but hope I have lost some weight, otherwise I'm worried I'll be very discouraged... Well not long now until I find out!!
