Half Way!

Week 6 and halfway through the 12 Week Body Transformation!! The past 6 weeks have gone so fast! I've lost 7.9 kilos so far and hope to see another decrease, however small, tomorrow.

The continual weightloss is just so, so encouraging. I've upped my exercise a bit recently. I now go for a 30 minute run everyday, even if it's not part of the workout. I also bought ankle weights to wear when running and throughout my workout. I ran today with a 2kg hand weight in each hand, but it was too hard and I could onloy do 20 mins, so think I may just stick to the ankle weights for running! I also bought 2 3kg hand weights which I use during lunges and twisties.

I bought a size 10 pair of shorts the other day, which I've pinned to my (revamped) inspiration board as a reminder of where I want to be.

My work pants have become baggy and very loose around the waist, so I also bought a pair of jeans that are a struggle to get on and do up, but I know when they start to get loose I am def on the right track!!
