how amazingly fantastic this program is!
Nothing has ever worked for me until now. Now I have lost 7.9 Kilos in less then 5 weeks. And my fitness has improved greatly.
On other programs which just involved frozen meals or shakes as meal replacements, I always gave up as my hunger just got too much for me. I've done every kind of diet! I did the soup diet, and lost 2kg on that in the first week, but couldn't do it for more than one week!
On this program I am learning how to cook better, portion sizes, clean eating and more importantly (maybe) how to think positive and do exercise that works! I am so impressed and cannot brag about this program enough to my family and friends.
At work when my colleagues are all like "you've lost so much weight..." I'm like "Thanks! It's on this great Michelle Bridges program..." Blah blah blah.
I love it! The food is delicious, and I hardly get too hungry in between meals. Plus after watching Mish's videos, I now know that hungry feeling isn't necessarily a bad thing and I have learnt to tell the difference between being hungry and just being bored. I used to be a huge bored eater, but now I have that under control.
I've come from a junk food, overeating person who never exercised to a clean eating person who now runs for fun!
And only in 5 weeks. It is just amazing!
