Task 7 - Fitness Test
I did my fitness test today. I don't think the results were too bad, though the cardio kills my chest! The Dr says I have angina, but I hope I will cure it through exercise. Google searches have said that's what I need to do. I want to lose 20 kilos also, but to be able to run without my chest burning will be amazing!
My results were:
Time Trial: 5 mins 59 seconds
Push Ups: 21 on knees (in 1 minute)
Abdominal Strength: 5-Exceptional
Wall Sit: 59 seconds S
it and Reach: +4cm
When I do these tests again in 4 weeks, I hope to have improved in all aspects.
A great result. Hope my push ups and abs don't let me down. Not too confident here. What program have you decided to follow. Looking forward to seeing the improvements in 4 week's time.
