Starting 12WBT soon....

It is 6 days until I start my first round (Round Three) of Michelle Bridges 12 Week Body Transformation challenge. I am hoping to lose 20 kilos, but to mostly increse my fitness level.

I was diagnosed with angina not long ago and apparently the best treatment is exercise. At the moment it hurts to breath and hurts in my chest when I do cardio, but I hope once I have been doing the program for a little while the pain will decrease and hopefully eventually fully dissapear.
I have tried so many diets in the past! The soup diet, shakes, weight watches...nothing has ever worked. I was on a 800 calorie a day diet, exercising 4 times a week and it did nothing. I am going to give this program my all and follow it to a T, and hopefully I will lose the weight and change my lifestyle for good.
I have taken before photos of myself and stuck inspiration slogans over my walls accompanied by pictures of hot girls from magazines. I am very determined. Reading the feedback comments on face book from round 2 people gives me hope.
I'm excited!!
